Q1. How can I track the status of my order?
A1. When you place an order with us. You will receive a confirmation email which includes all your order details, including your order number.
Once received, you can track the progress of your order by using 'Live Chat' or logging in to your Online Account.
Q1. When will my order arrive?
A1. We offer multiple delivery options at the checkout.
Standard Delivery: 5 to 10 DaysExpress Delivery: 2 to 3 Days
Q1. What are the delivery charges?
A1. Spend over £50.00 and we will cover the delivery.
Orders under £50.00 will incur a £15.00 delivery charge.
Q1. Can you deliver outside UK Mainland?
A1. At the moment, we are only able to deliver to UK Mainland & Northern Ireland using our standard delivery service. However, please call 0800 689 0394 and we may be able to arrange another delivery method.
Q1. Will you take the packaging away?
A1. We are unable to unpack your order or remove the packaging. If you should need to return an item to us then you will need the original packaging to do so.
Q1. Do I have to assemble the furniture myself?
A1. We know how frustrating home assembly furniture can be. which the vast majority of our products have been designed to come with minimal assembly required or ready assembled depending on the individual item.
Certain items, such as beds or dining tables, require minimal assembly as when fully assembled they are unlikely to fit through the door of your house.
This also protect larger products from any accidental damage during delivery.
The small amount of self-assembly in no way detracts from the quality or structural integrity of the product, our designers have made sure of that.
Any items which require assembly will have easy to follow instructions included.
Q1. How can I pay for my order?A1. You can select from three main options at the checkout page. Credit or Debit Card, Klarna Finance or Paypal.
Q1. How do I know my payment is secure?
A1. We make every effort to ensure that all transactions are secure and safe. We use the industry standard encryption protocol (SSL) to safeguard all of your personal information.
Your card details are not visible to Raum Living employee's.
All payments and exchanges are dealt directly by our payment processors.
